What does it mean by 1 Day of God equals 1,000 years on Earth & how do we equate this to time today?

For God, 1 Day in Heaven equals 1,000 years on Earth.

2 Peter 3:8 Revised Standard Version

8 But do not ignore this one fact, beloved, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

In Biblical eschatology a Prophetic Year or Prophetical Year is sometimes regarded as being different from an ordinary year, namely

A 360-day period of “time”

A 360-year of “time”,

or A 360-year period of “time” composed of 360-day “years”.

1 Prophetic Year = 360 Days (on Earth today).

360 Days on Earth x 1,000 Years on Earth = 360,000 Days on Earth or equal to 1 Day in Heaven.

But, to determine Days, Hours, Minutes, or Seconds on Earth to God’s time in Heaven we must work the equation backwards to determine this number.

(1 Day of God = 1,000 Years of our time on Earth).

360,000 Days (Total Days) / 1,000 Years on Earth = 360 Days on Earth. 360 Days on Earth (or a Prophetic Year) / 24 Hours (or 1 day of time on Earth) = 15 Days on Earth.

Or 360,000 Days on Earth / 24,000 Hours (24 Hours x 1,000 Years) = 15 Days on Earth.

* So, 15 Days on Earth is equal to 1 Hour in Heaven.

The names Apocalyptic Year and Apocalyptical Year have also been used in some literature, in obvious reference to Revelation, also known as "The Apocalypse of St. John". There is ongoing debate, but evidence put forward by advocates of the so called “Prophetic year” can be seen in the prophecies of Daniel and Revelation as seen in the use of "time, times and half a time" (i.e. 1+2+0.5=3.5), "1,260 days" and "42 months".

These references represent a period of 1260 days (based on the 360-day Jewish Year multiplied by 3.5). Divide 1,260 days by 42 months and you will get a 30-day month, as 12 months of 30 days equals 360-days in a year

These time periods occur ten times in scripture:

• Daniel 7:25, "time, times and a half".

• Daniel 9:27, "half one set of seven".

• Daniel 12:7, "time, times and a half".

• Revelation 11:2, "42 months".

• Revelation 11:3, "1260 days".

• Revelation 11:9, "three days and an half".

• Revelation 11:11, "three days and an half".

• Revelation 12:6, "1260 days".

• Revelation 12:14, "time, times and a half".

• Revelation 13:5, "42 months".

Examples:

Revelation 14:7 King James Version 7 Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour (15 Days) of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.

Revelation 17:12 King James Version 12 And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour (15 Days) with the beast.

Revelation 8:1 King James Version 8 And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour. (Around 7.5 Days)
